I wish the game mechs where a little more like the old game because the new game just feels slow where the dh arrows are not there. I wish you could still customize your bike a little more than just upgrading it maybe you could change the colors and you could still change the fork, wheels, and derailleurs like the old game but then add like brakes and rear shoxs like that would be cool. The new mechs like the roosting on the berms and being able to control your jumps are cool and all but I do feel that I liked being able to pump and pedal for more speed up the hills were the things that I loved from the old games. Since it’s a new game that it would be cool the maybe implement Red Bull rampage, hardline, or joy ride when those things are going on so while there’s a race in real life there is a race in the game which has the same trails with all the jumps and drops. Another thing that would be cool is making the rocks a little more realistic instead of going through the rocks you go over them and maybe you can make a new mechanic for going over technical parts of the trail. But one of the things that I hate are have to wait for the bikes to regenerate energy so you can ride more with out wasting your tickets or gold.

Great time killer

I’ve only gotten past the tutorial and even tho it’s a pretty simple game it’s challenging with timing your jumps, it has awesome graphics for the bikes, and ok graphics for the landscapes. The bikes are awesome as well and I like how they’re actual name brand bicycles. Wish they had more Treks and just more bikes in general. You can’t customize your bikes though like changing the color of the paint and you can’t change how soft or stiff the suspension can be. All in all it’s a great MTB game and it’s great for killing time 👍🏻

Horrible, unplayable, boring

Bike Unchained 2 is one of the greatest games ever and this is one of the worst. I can barely see my rider or what I’m supposed to do in the race. I can’t get any money or better bikes or unlock anything, im stuck with the same crappy bikes. No matter how many 3 star downhills, 3 star corners or 3 star rock gardens I get, I always slow down too much and finish DEAD LAST. Crashes result in DNFs when 1) it’s a video game, not real life, and 2) there are no DNFs in mountain biking, if your bike breaks you’re WALKING across the finish line, compound spiral fractures and all. And this is my second install— I had to reinstall because I kept getting an “authentication failed” error and couldn’t load the app. Everything that didn’t need to get changed about Bike Unchained 2 was made a billion times worse. Every one of your software engineers needs to get fired immediately. This is an embarrassment.

Great fun, a few bugs to be worked out though

I’m surprised there are no written reviews yet! The game must be very new, but it is called Bike 3, so I assume there were previous versions. Anyway I’ve only played it for a few minutes and so far it’s super fun and different than most games I’ve played. The only problems I’ve run into so far are I haven’t been able to claim some rewards I earned and when I try, it gives me an error message. So there are a few bugs that need to be worked out but other than that I think this is a good game. Also love the 90’s punk music ;)

Number 2 is better

I wish we could customize our bikes more like the last game where you can swap out parts and truly build a bike, also wish you could customize your character more, and buy gear with your winnings not just have to unlock gear. We should be able to have access to cool helmets and jerseys in a shop. The game also is as fast as it feels in the 2nd game. I also miss a lot of the desert rampage feel. Also just some of the graphics and vibes of the 2nd game were a lot more fun and felt like a mtn bike store vibe

Game won’t load up.

I know the game just released, so this isn’t necessarily a “bad” review. More or less just letting the devs know the game loads up but once it hits the screen where it says “Loading player data” in the bottom right corner, nothing else happens. I let it sit there loading for 14 minutes and it never progressed past that screen. I’m not deleting the app because I know this issue will be resolved but until then the game is unplayable for me!

Graphics

The thing I don’t like is the graphics. I mean the graphics are decent but could definitely be improved. And you should be able to do much more stunts. Like I just played a a race avd I could do any stunts. And cornering should be a bit smoother. This isn’t going to be a long review I just think this game is kinda confusing. A lot of things could be improved. I know I just started the game but I’ve already noticed this.

Worse than v2

Had Bike Unchained 2 and thoroughly enjoyed it. This new version is a huge step backwards. Feels like they threw something together without much thought and are just looking for a quick cash grab. The controls are much worse than the previous version, and the new Slopestyle game mode is abysmal. Daily training is also buggy—half the time I don’t receive credit for completing the tasks. Deleted. Which is a bummer, bc apparently you can no longer play the 2nd version, either.
