Great game however its not very interactive

I love bud, ive been playing for a few hours but its a great game that has a lot of potential, as another reviewer said its like roblox and gacha kid had a baby- thats this game. However, i do wish it was more interactive. A majority of the games you can play are just parkour obbies that are simply completed by sprinting along them. Theres an active forum feed you can write and talk to other people on the app which I do enjoy its chatting + social feature. There isn't a whole lot to do if you don't have anyone to hang out with and the hangout maps seem to be small and restrained to what they can do. Hopefully in the future the game grows bigger and focuses less on the gacha features of this game and more on the accessibility and interactive components of its servers so more people can continue to enjoy community games and not leave every server after two minutes. Its controls with the joystick also seems a little broken and could definitely use some work on as the joystick feature often seems to just suddenly stop working whenever you try to run and jump at the same time, causing the player to stop in midair and fall if theyre participating in a game that has big jumps and big spaces between them and the next platform. It is incredible what people are making on here and if BUD continues to grow and expands into a interactive multigame platform similar to roblox im sure more people will play longer and invite all their friends!

For anyone who wants to play a multiplayer game that allows you to meet friends, build houses and props, make clothing, and play many games for example, bakeries, obbys, challenges, cafes, clothing stores, malls, and more you should download Bud! There’s plenty of role-play servers too. Have fun playing with friends that you meet online or you can play with friends you already know in real life. You can make props which I find super easy to make and fun to use and “sell” The reason why I put quotations is because all of the props, houses, and clothing are free or you have to follow the creator of the item(s). That is a very big thing I love about bud, it’s free to download, free to play, free to create and make! It is super easy to make followers if you make good props or clothing, just set all your items to followers only and before you know it people will be buying your items and following you! It’s also a lot of fun to try and build items from tutorials. I don’t think I missed anything but my user is lxvender_alina if you want to friend me! Byee and please download Bud!

used to love it, but..

Finally writing a review on this game. During 2021 to 2023(?) I LOVED this game. the gameplay, the gachas and I even made long time friends on here that I still talk to today. I played it like every day, it was that good. until they had this massive update and released a new gacha, I think, and all my gems were gone? like straight up took all the gems that me (and my friends had) and then the gameplay was horribly laggy and wouldn't stop crashing and the graphics dropped extremely low. Ever since then I haven't played, because it felt like ever since they switched companys it just kept getting worse until it was unplayable for me and my friends and we migrated back to discord and roblox. It really makes me sad because I have lots of memories with this game, I had tons of followers, made lots of props games and clothes. then everything started to become vip.. things got more expensive, quality kept dropping and yeah. I'm not sure if the game got any better, since I haven't played it in about a year but I kinda doubt it.. I really wish this game just stayed the same before it switched companys and kept adding more currencys to the game and making everything vip, even things that used to be completely free (like importing images onto clothes). I sincerely hope this game isn't so cash grabbing in the future and actually is good again, but idk if that will happen tbh..

‘Aight, lemme be real here

I LOVE the concept for the game. The execution though is…sloppy at best. There are lots of bugs (the “adjust” sliders for certain clothing items like capes don’t work) and the developers have pulled some pretty jerk moves (remember when you DIDN’T need a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION to slap imported images onto your custom clothes? Well, NOT ANYMORE! The update that fixed the tutorial bugs said “lol NOPE” to that). That knocks 2 stars off the rating, pal. Yes, this is a potentially 5 star game that is only held back by some honestly embarrassing, but still redeemable decision making. Would I recommend this app for newcomers? Yeah. It’s a cool place as far as I can tell so far. Would I say it’s a candidate for the BEST game ever? Uhh, heck no. It’s like Roblox and Animal Crossing New Horizons had a baby except the kid got into a NASTY gang in school. And now it’s up to US to fish it outta said gang. If you’re a veteran player, let your thoughts on the game be known in the in-game SNS. If you’re the devs reading this, just know that I love the game. There’s just a LOTTA room for improvement, and maybe listening to the folks in the discord server when they say NOT to paywall things that were originally free might not be a bad idea. Seriously, that’s how you actually LOSE money. EDIT: Finally figured out what it meant when it said I had to link an account to get gems. Kinda sus ngl. That’s another star gone. Maybe, like, NOT do that?

Cute but…

It’s cute but at the same time the games I have tried to play so far have not been the most enjoyable, bug fixes are needed because you can get softlocked with an enemy if you die and then when you try again you just run right into the enemy again. I feel like this is trying to juggle too much at once, the body shape reminding me of animal crossing, the editing can bug out when it comes to your personal designs. The game itself is a good concept though with decent potential, also the items seem a bit limited, your flashlight doesn’t follow where your looking, and when you are in first person you feel a bit short. The items have limited capabilities it seems as compared to Roblox, again, I feel like this could easily replace Roblox if some key components were fixed. I don’t know if some games are better than others or if they all have the same issues so far. I like the creative ideas thrown in the game, though I think being able to make your own things can be fun it can be frustrating to implement. The good thing I enjoy about the creation system is that it is similar to animal crossing in a lot of ways. It feels like Roblox mixed with animal crossing mixed with gacha life, but it’s idenity hasn’t gotten a stable base.

SERIOUS REVIEW-

First of all, тнιѕ gαмє ιѕ ρяєтту gσσ∂ but it’s called bud interactive, but it’s not that interactive in my opinion because when ever you walk its so slow it’s annoying, and the pet teleports when you move and it’s behind, and when you do an obby it pushes you off sometimes 🥲 and when ever you add a coma it makes a big gap between its like it’ s like what on earth? For beginners the, way you make 3d clothes and hair and making games and props is confusing, it took me 3 months to find out how it works, and it’s hard to zoom in while you’re making a game and, when you put on props from your prop toolbox some props don’t show up no matter I make it bigger rotate it it’s just not there I cannot figure that out if it’s normal please tell me how to fix it, whenever I made a donut 🍩 prop it told me to appeal because it was inappropriate, bud I know some that people are scared of food but there food stands and ice cream props, and there not taken down?? Please change the fact that it might be a concern from other people to 😕 other than that this is a pretty good game things are working out for me now I’m getting a lot of views and friends this game is pretty interactive! I WANT OLD BUD BACK!!!

The old bud was better, you can’t do anything in this game and you have to actually buy gems with real money. Without cute clothes it’s just boring. I remember playing this game 24/7 in 2024 I don’t remember why I deleted it but I was looking for new games with cute avatars and I remembered Bud, I was struggling to find it for a couple days since I forgot the name and when I finally found it I was so happy but clearly it changed sooo muchh I’m kinda upset because I remember in 2024 a lot of things were free and even if they weren’t you could play games to get gems to buy stuff. I was trying to find games so I could buy new clothes but now they are these pink things? And I can’t find anything to buy clothes and I can’t even text in the chat! The new bud isn’t as fun as it was in 2024 I kinda regret deleting it just for it too turn out like this. I feel like I wasted my time looking for a game just for it to disappoint me I never make reviews but I really hope they change this and make it like it used too be!!

I love it! But…

I really love the app! Its fun, you can create your own things in the app too! I like how its very kid friendly but still allows all ages to enjoy playing the game too. But something i noticed while i was adding things to my space it kept on glitching me. Basically i was testing it and when i pressed the “▶️” button it started but then it made my screen all black and then the music sounded weird. It was like repeating it over and over again but really fast and only in the first few parts of the song and after it would take me out of the app. Not only that but i also do have some trouble with when i play in my space like other then the glitching thing. When I try and play theres this weird countdown thing which i never had before when playing on the app and im not so sure how to exactly remove that. Also when i play it makes me fly or it doesn’t show my character standing on the ground its just flying even when i didn’t add the flying button. Please do fix the bug and maybe have a tutorial to get rid of the other things too please! Anyways other that that I really enjoy the app and thinks its super cute and fun to play!
