BUD is less of a game and more of a social creative platform, similar to Roblox but with a much sleeker, more modern aesthetic. It’s incredibly impressive how much power they’ve put into the mobile creation tools. You can literally build entire 3D worlds and mini-games using nothing but your phone, and the logic systems are surprisingly intuitive.

The community aspect is where BUD really shines. Browsing through user-created worlds feels like visiting a digital art gallery or an experimental indie game festival. Whether you want to roleplay, compete in parkour, or just hang out with friends in a virtual cafe, BUD provides the canvas. It's a fantastic space for young creators to express themselves and learn the basics of game design in a safe, social environment.

Great game however its not very interactive

I love bud, ive been playing for a few hours but its a great game that has a lot of potential, as another reviewer said its like roblox and gacha kid had a baby- thats this game. However, i do wish it was more interactive. A majority of the games you can play are just parkour obbies that are simply completed by sprinting along them. Theres an active forum feed you can write and talk to other people on the app which I do enjoy its chatting + social feature. There isn't a whole lot to do if you don't have anyone to hang out with and the hangout maps seem to be small and restrained to what they can do. Hopefully in the future the game grows bigger and focuses less on the gacha features of this game and more on the accessibility and interactive components of its servers so more people can continue to enjoy community games and not leave every server after two minutes. Its controls with the joystick also seems a little broken and could definitely use some work on as the joystick feature often seems to just suddenly stop working whenever you try to run and jump at the same time, causing the player to stop in midair and fall if theyre participating in a game that has big jumps and big spaces between them and the next platform. It is incredible what people are making on here and if BUD continues to grow and expands into a interactive multigame platform similar to roblox im sure more people will play longer and invite all their friends!

Former player here so where do I begin bud was like my social media app where I didn’t have to worry about how my family would think of it was a app that let me be me but it’s like now it’s became yesterdays cash garb it’s a pit of sadness now every player you meet will say I can’t connect with others anymore or I quit because I was bullied by people and friends and I was put on the spot with my information I think the topic is sensitive but needs to be more normalized so it can be addressed to talk about this game was ever single thing tweens and people of all ages loved but it became more money consumed then fun not only that people can’t even SOCIALIZE anymore because they can’t link their account because of parental actions or restrictions just because it’s not “king or queens” jurisdiction of how we play it doesn’t mean we should be zipper-mouth because of a linking account not only that we can’t even do private severs anymore we can’t work on outfits anymore even tho I’m a ex designer who used the app had 1k pretty much went thru it all i will never ever pay for a vip just to put a dang picture on a outfit like who in their right mind does that but it’s so much stuff going on behind closed doors BUD is just not very great to choose I would recommend games like super stylist or life makeover or uhh just anything over that money HUNGRY pit of deception the game is just disappointing now and we are not even getting feed back anymore let alone the comment’s are being DELETED because we have self opinions but that’s all from me.P.S thanks for listening 👂

Honestly the game is good but theres A LOT of things they could improve on including the AI limit thing, I messaged my bot 5 times for the bot quest and then went into a random AI game where i typed one message and i got the AI limit. Its annoying how it locks you out of it because one of the most fun part of this game is the AI games and the limit restricted me from being able to play them. Theres also been a new update for free items relating to the Yandere escape sim and you would need to escape the fast food, apartment, and school. There are some really cute items there that I really enjoy but 3 of the quests im unable to actually do because of the AI limit which may result in me not having enough of the currency to buy the event items in the end. Another thing is whenever i swipe out of the app for a second to message my friend, it always gives me so many popups. This is incredibly annoying because i always accidentally click on them and then i have to navigate my way out. Its also really difficult to make hair because that im unable to get Bud on my computer, I can't actually make good hair. I play on a phone and no matter what phone you play in, the screen is small and difficult to use. There are many games who have a better spread of games and even though I've never tried to make a game in bud. I can kinda infer that it limits the variety because I always see the same games: Hangouts, The Ms circle fanbase (im not sure what its called), Obbies, and AI.

It’s cute but at the same time the games I have tried to play so far have not been the most enjoyable, bug fixes are needed because you can get softlocked with an enemy if you die and then when you try again you just run right into the enemy again. I feel like this is trying to juggle too much at once, the body shape reminding me of animal crossing, the editing can bug out when it comes to your personal designs. The game itself is a good concept though with decent potential, also the items seem a bit limited, your flashlight doesn’t follow where your looking, and when you are in first person you feel a bit short. The items have limited capabilities it seems as compared to Roblox, again, I feel like this could easily replace Roblox if some key components were fixed. I don’t know if some games are better than others or if they all have the same issues so far. I like the creative ideas thrown in the game, though I think being able to make your own things can be fun it can be frustrating to implement. The good thing I enjoy about the creation system is that it is similar to animal crossing in a lot of ways. It feels like Roblox mixed with animal crossing mixed with gacha life, but it’s idenity hasn’t gotten a stable base.

I downloaded this game a while back after seeing it as an ad on TikTok, it was super cute and fun. However, I lost everything. I tried many times logging back in, it kept saying my account didn’t exist or something like that. Which was very annoying considering that I made a lot of cute outfits for people, and had a lot of progress. I even went on my boyfriends account to see if my account got deleted but then his account got logged out and we couldn’t log back in his either. So then I just eventually gave up and forgot about the game until today, I finally made the commitment to start all over again and download the game again today. However, I came back to the game not as cool as it used to be. When I used to play you could easily put a profile picture, and all of that without getting “VIP” payment , there’s less options of hair, you have to pay a lot for clothes now. Although, there’s now 3D hair, you can make hair, and all of that but the VIP payments, like really ? Ever since this game has gotten more attention, there’s more things to pay for like bundles . I remember majority of the clothes and accessories being free, which is annoying that it’s mostly for diamonds now not even coins. Anyways, other than my account being deleted and my boyfriends for no reason, VIP payments, the clothes and accessories having a budget now, less hair and clothes options for beginners. I will be deleting this game because I won’t be having fun as I used to with this game and it seems too much now.

Finally writing a review on this game. During 2021 to 2023(?) I LOVED this game. the gameplay, the gachas and I even made long time friends on here that I still talk to today. I played it like every day, it was that good. until they had this massive update and released a new gacha, I think, and all my gems were gone? like straight up took all the gems that me (and my friends had) and then the gameplay was horribly laggy and wouldn't stop crashing and the graphics dropped extremely low. Ever since then I haven't played, because it felt like ever since they switched companys it just kept getting worse until it was unplayable for me and my friends and we migrated back to discord and roblox. It really makes me sad because I have lots of memories with this game, I had tons of followers, made lots of props games and clothes. then everything started to become vip.. things got more expensive, quality kept dropping and yeah. I'm not sure if the game got any better, since I haven't played it in about a year but I kinda doubt it.. I really wish this game just stayed the same before it switched companys and kept adding more currencys to the game and making everything vip, even things that used to be completely free (like importing images onto clothes). I sincerely hope this game isn't so cash grabbing in the future and actually is good again, but idk if that will happen tbh..

I LOVE the concept for the game. The execution though is…sloppy at best. There are lots of bugs (the “adjust” sliders for certain clothing items like capes don’t work) and the developers have pulled some pretty jerk moves (remember when you DIDN’T need a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION to slap imported images onto your custom clothes? Well, NOT ANYMORE! The update that fixed the tutorial bugs said “lol NOPE” to that). That knocks 2 stars off the rating, pal. Yes, this is a potentially 5 star game that is only held back by some honestly embarrassing, but still redeemable decision making. Would I recommend this app for newcomers? Yeah. It’s a cool place as far as I can tell so far. Would I say it’s a candidate for the BEST game ever? Uhh, heck no. It’s like Roblox and Animal Crossing New Horizons had a baby except the kid got into a NASTY gang in school. And now it’s up to US to fish it outta said gang. If you’re a veteran player, let your thoughts on the game be known in the in-game SNS. If you’re the devs reading this, just know that I love the game. There’s just a LOTTA room for improvement, and maybe listening to the folks in the discord server when they say NOT to paywall things that were originally free might not be a bad idea. Seriously, that’s how you actually LOSE money. EDIT: Finally figured out what it meant when it said I had to link an account to get gems. Kinda sus ngl. That’s another star gone. Maybe, like, NOT do that?

First of all, тнιѕ gαмє ιѕ ρяєтту gσσ∂ but it’s called bud interactive, but it’s not that interactive in my opinion because when ever you walk its so slow it’s annoying, and the pet teleports when you move and it’s behind, and when you do an obby it pushes you off sometimes 🥲 and when ever you add a coma it makes a big gap between its like it’ s like what on earth? For beginners the, way you make 3d clothes and hair and making games and props is confusing, it took me 3 months to find out how it works, and it’s hard to zoom in while you’re making a game and, when you put on props from your prop toolbox some props don’t show up no matter I make it bigger rotate it it’s just not there I cannot figure that out if it’s normal please tell me how to fix it, whenever I made a donut 🍩 prop it told me to appeal because it was inappropriate, bud I know some that people are scared of food but there food stands and ice cream props, and there not taken down?? Please change the fact that it might be a concern from other people to 😕 other than that this is a pretty good game things are working out for me now I’m getting a lot of views and friends this game is pretty interactive! Bud I hope you see this and fix something’s!! 🤭🤗 💖🎀 luv your game!! <3
