Airport Scanner is an incredibly addictive management game that puts you in the high-pressure shoes of a TSA agent. The gameplay loop is brilliantly simple yet progressively frantic: you view X-ray images of luggage and must tap on illegal items like weapons, liquids, or even more bizarre contraband while ignoring legal items to keep the line moving. It perfectly captures that 'just one more level' feeling as you try to process passengers before they lose their patience and the flight leaves.
As an expert in casual arcade titles, I find the upgrade system here particularly rewarding. You earn in-game currency to buy better X-ray tech, hire extra security, or even speed up the boarding process. The visual style is clean, making it easy to distinguish between a harmless hairbrush and a hidden blade once you get the hang of it. Look for dark, dense shapes that resemble knives or guns. Remember that some items like liquids are illegal in large quantities but okay in small ones. Keep an eye out for the 'rare' items to earn bonus score!
Gameplays
Tap on the luggage as it passes through the X-ray. Tap a passenger to search them if they look suspicious. Manage the flow to prevent line backups that lower your rating.

Thu Aug 08 2019 mermaidThis app is a great time waster, and I’m having a lot of fun playing it. It’s just plain fun even to try beating my old high scores. There’s a small glitch that keeps happening though, and I just had to delete it and put it back on. I know it’ll reset my score, but I couldn’t think of any other way to make it stop. Well, the one glitch stopped happening, but now there’s another one. I can’t do the mini game where you choose what punishment to give the criminals that you find once you’re done with getting all of them found out. I’m dead serious, I keep pushing the buttons to make my decisions and none of them work. I want to keep playing, but the glitch keeps happening. Please fix this, I had to delete the app and it still wasn’t fixed.
Very solid conventional game

I had this game before iCloud was even a thing so I am downloading it right now and hopefully it’s optimized for newer phones and hopefully it runs as good as I remember but would like to see more good unique games to break out from today’s App Store that’s flooded with cash grabs.
Mission Select screen empty!
Tue Dec 03 2019 AowwlI’ve had this game for several years and I love it. However, after having installed the most recent update, I am unable to play any missions. The mission select screen brought up by the “Play Game” button only has the words “Mission7 Select” and my rank. Besides that, it’s just a sea of navy blue. There are no levels or buttons other than the exit “X”. The other options on the title screen, like Logbook and R&D Lab, work just fine.

Tue Feb 27 2018 BoBaiusI have 12 apps, one of those apps are a game. This is that game! It’s so addicting and fun, it has you think. Tapping all the right items, looking for contraband, adjusting the rails, all while laughing at the overly exaggerated toughness of the TSA agents you play as. The upgrades and the drive to get them make the game so fun. I recommend it, seriously, it’s worth it!

Fun, but...

I’m playing on an iphone XR, and on the bonus game, the options to press are off screen to the left. You can’t click the leftmost option, making the bonus game at the end of the level nearly unplayable.
Achievements are Broken
Fri Dec 06 2024 a-bi-space-girlI would give it 5/5 because I’ve definitely spent three dollars in worse ways but the achievement system doesn’t seem to work. They don’t register when you get them in game and there’s no where to view them.
