Air Rifle 3D: Rat Sniper is exactly the kind of weirdly specific simulation that the App Store was made for. It doesn't pretend to be a high-stakes military shooter; instead, it focuses on the surprisingly tense world of suburban pest control. The ballistics are unexpectedly decent for a casual game—you have to account for distance and a bit of 'drop,' which makes a successful shot feel earned.
The environments, mostly basements, warehouses, and backyards, are rendered with a grit that suits the theme. The upgrade path for your air rifles is the main hook, as you move from basic spring-loaded models to high-powered PCP rifles with better scopes and suppressors. It can be a bit repetitive, and the subject matter isn't for everyone, but for those looking for a unique sniping game that isn't about saving the world from terrorists, this is a satisfying and strangely meditative experience.

Mon Jun 19 2023 Lady ChiropteraI’m sixty years old with CP and my hand coordination is not that great but I’ve learned how to aim/shoot very well! As, I play other games similar to this! For, those who say that they can’t kill the rats because they keep moving, etc! Or, maybe it’s the gun that is used, I have no problems killing then, no matter the gun, I choose! It’s simple, remember it’s a game so take your time! You aren’t being time … Now, as far as the game being (repetitive) 99% of (shooting games, like this one) all get repetitive after awhile! Same rooms, outside scenes, etc! And the ads, not to bad.. I play others with worse ads and even worse repetitive gameplay! It’d be great if the creators of those games, would every once in awhile revamp the gameplay so it’s not so repetitive all the time! However, it takes a lot of work besides, they are also constantly maintaining (updating) their games which is equally as important!
Game is glitchy
Sun Jan 14 2024 played_the_originalAfter you advance a few levels you have to exit the game and then start it again to get to the next level. If you watch the ads and get say the tattling gun, if you choose another weapon you lose it and have to pay to get it again. Fix these issues and you will have a decent time killing game. I’m on level 22 when this review was written.
These games have way to many adds
Mon May 08 2023 WTFhappened to all the gamesFirst of there’s no sound and I shut it down a few times rebooted my phone zero sound. The adds that play constantly have sound go figure. I shot one rat which was 1 second of play time and 30+ seconds of adds played three seconds 30 seconds of adds played 3 more seconds guess what Yep another 30 + seconds of adds so far iv played four games which was 10 seconds of gameplay and watched over two minutes of adds 🤦🏻♂️ a the fact it has no sound garbage game. Come on developers you can do better than this. This is an add machine which you get paid for so how about letting us play more then 3 seconds of a game before we have to watch a 30 second add and sound would be nice. My 10 seconds of gameplay was enough to let me know this is a waste of time and zero fun to play. 👎🏻 DELETE!
Not as advertised
Wed Sep 27 2023 MajorsdaddyI played through level 110 and killed over a thousand rats. No sign of the mutants promised in the app description. Now the game won’t let me proceed to level 111. I’m sorry I wasted my money buying the no ad version. Unless this apparent bug is fixed soon I’m done with this game. Update: This game is a scam. Not only is it not as advertised, the “restore purchases” button doesn’t work. So if you paid for no ads, delete the game, then reinstall, you have to pay the $3 again for no ads. Also, purchasing the laser does nothing to alter the game’s look or function. It’s just a moneymaker for gullible shooters like me. It’s really a shame because the game’s premise is really cool. Bottom line: don’t waste your time or money.

Wed Jun 07 2023 ozisbossI’m willing to sit through ads to play the game. I’m not willing to log out and log back into the game because there’s no way around the ad free tab. I’m likely to delete the app and tell people not to bother with it. It’s too much of a hassle and there’s a lot of other apps. I’ve just downloaded it today.
Big Disappointment?
Sun Oct 06 2024 TWINKLESTICKI have played this game before. It was pretty fun not now. When you advance to a higher weapon and you make a mistake by punching the wrong button it take you back to the beginning of the first round. Y can’t retrieve the weapon. It works the same way when you watch a add to get the weapon make a mistake you lose the weapon. Every advance you have to watch a add. This KILLS the game. t also miss scores after each round. made the mistake giving this game 5 stars ⭐️ now its 1 one.
Fun but too bug infested
Sun Jul 02 2023 revernierThis game is (should be) a fun little time killer. However, the bugs are beating the nerds ( 🤪 ). This is the second time in less than a month I’ve had the same issue. The first time was before the bug fix, then the second after the bug fix. As I progress through the levels, all of a sudden the button to continue to the next level disappears, leaving no way to continue. Please fix it right this time! Roger

Mon Jun 26 2023 Floyd’sGame is stuck at level 11 and to play it, I have to close the game and open it again. Game was pretty good unit then. I can build coins but cannot advance levels or start a new game within the app. Other bugs are no mission available/ highlighted, can not buy items in store, but can earn them by watching videos. Please fix these bugs as it is a fun and enjoyable game when working!!!
