Like it not in love yet

I like this app ever since my daughter tried it the first time she was so good at it. Shes only 2 years old and already played all the lessons. I do wish there were actually more lessons or anything a little more advanced since it does say age 4+ and shes only 2 and has it all down. Other than that i recommend this app its not expensive and it is fun for kids

Great therapeutic tool

I am happy to write a review for an app that really works on so many levels and in so many ways without glitches or problems.. For example, I was told that a particular kindergarten student would never work with any speech pathologist. He would bite, kick and hit anyone who attempted to work with him in the classroom and would never leave with anyone. After ignoring him and praising others around him for a few days, I went into the classroom and asked the teacher to place the student so that he could see what I was doing on the screen of my iPad. I pulled up this app and began playing. The student got up and stood next to me trying to do the activities. I would not engage with him, and instead of his usual screaming and kicking, he asked, Why?” I told him that he was mean to me and it hurt my feelings. He told me he was sorry and he began playing. This was the beginning of a changed young man. Just now a 3rd grade, cognitive impaired student, who was described as defiant and that he displayed extreme anger, responded positively to my use of this app as reinforcement for complying with my attempts at testing. For every 4 answers he was allowed to do one train activity. I have so many positive examples but let me leave it at, just get it and you will not be sorry.

Perfect for baby sisters ready to learn

This app is perfect for my sister! This app is so good for her because when I first got this app she didn't know the stuff she knows now! This app is perfect for kids who like to just play games, but what they don't realize is that they are learning too! This game is perfect app for your child or your niece or nephew or brother or sister, maybe it is perfect for your special baby in your life. Just saying this app is perfect for every baby.

Amazing!

My son loves this app! We had the free version, but he was in to it that I just had to purchase the full version. He is two and knows numbers, colors, and matching because of this app. One feature I really love is the option to not do specific activities. He doesn't really care at all to choose stickers, and others are a little too hard. But this is an app he can definitely grow with!

Fun, cute, and educational!

It's such a fun app for the little learner in our house! There's a nice variety of fun educational games, such as counting, memory, and matching the letter, and the little rewards after each game (the sticker page, decorating the train, etc.) are a nice touch. All in all, this is a great app for learning some basics and having a little fun at the same time :)

Addicted

My 5-year old loves this game! But has gotten addicted and its teaching him things he already knows very well. It IS for preschoolers but he's going into kindergarten. He won't let me delete it and get him a Kinder-first grade game. He says he likes it because he can build his own train, and he gets stickers. I DID pay $2.99 for this game, but at least he learned something!

Fantastic

This is great app for the little ones in the family. My nephews have used "Abby Monkey Basic Skills" for only five days so far and they are already so much better at counting and pattern recognition. And the fact that they would rather play the games in this app than disturb me when I watch ESPN is an added bonus!

Son loves it, unfortunately it bugs out - a lot.

My son is an autistic 3 year old. Not many apps hold his attention for play. This one, however, he adores. I recently upgraded to the paid version and I am throughly disappointed. It bugs out constantly. Unable to finish solved puzzles because they won’t get “picked up.” Finishing picking train carts results in a train not moving. Unable to pick stickers. Not sure what the issue is, but it’s frustrating for my son and me. Update soon? I have an iPhone XS Max.
