We are excited to share the latest updates to ABCmouse! This release brings you a smoother experience, with improved features designed to enhance your learning journey.
ABCmouse.com remains the gold standard for early childhood education apps. What makes it so effective is the sheer volume of high-quality content—over 10,000 activities—that feels like a cohesive curriculum rather than just a collection of games. The 'Step-by-Step Learning Path' is genius; it takes the guesswork out of what a child should learn next, guiding them through reading, math, and science in a way that builds confidence incrementally.
The reward system using 'Tickets' is a brilliant motivator. I’ve seen kids who were previously disinterested in reading become eager to complete lessons just so they could earn enough tickets to buy a new fish for their virtual aquarium. It teaches the value of effort in a safe, ad-free environment. For parents looking to supplement their child's schoolwork or for homeschoolers, ABCmouse is an indispensable tool that makes learning feel like a grand adventure.
10,000+ Learning Activities
Ad-Free Safe Environment
Detailed Progress Tracking
Covers All Major School Subjects
Personalized Learning Path
The app guides your child through a carefully designed series of lessons. As they complete activities on the path, they move through different environments like the farm or the zoo, keeping the journey exciting and rewarding.
Every activity completed earns 'Tickets.' Children can spend these tickets in the virtual world to buy items for their avatar, decorate their room, or even buy fish for their digital aquarium, teaching the value of earning through effort.
Absolutely, many families use ABCmouse as a core or supplemental part of their home-school curriculum.
I honestly think that the first ABC mouse was a lot better. It has a lot of more games and it’s just like a lot easier to play because it’s like a really good thing but it’s not like as fun because I had more games and also my favorite game is is probably going to be not being my favorite show on the show. Part of it is is everyone’s garden and they only have a few Episodes of grow garden which is so sad that’s why thank you a lot for reading my review
I signed up for ABCmouse hoping to give my child a head start. What we got instead was a soul-draining descent into educational chaos. The interface? Imagine if a mid-2000s Flash website and a haunted carnival had a baby — that’s ABCmouse. Laggy, cluttered, and confusing even for me, a grown adult, let alone a 4-year-old trying to figure out why the “fun song” keeps freezing mid-meow. And the audio? Oh dear god. The songs are so relentlessly cheery and off-key that they feel designed by someone who wants your brain to liquefy. My child now sings “A is for Apple” like a sleep-deprived cult member. I hear it in my dreams. I’m haunted. Half the lessons are locked behind unnecessary “progress walls” or buried in a labyrinth of useless clicks. It took us 12 minutes to find one math game, only to crash three times before it even loaded. The reward system is broken — kids earn tickets to buy digital furniture for a room they never asked for and will never visit again. This app isn’t a learning tool. It’s a glorified dopamine slot machine, tricked out with educational paint. My child learned more from rearranging kitchen magnets than from this overpriced, patience-annihilating mess. Please, for the love of your child, your sanity, and your eardrums — do not download ABCmouse. I wouldn’t wish this app on my worst enemy’s toddler.
I have a three-year-old child and he was playing on ABCmouse and he comes to me and he’s like mommy. I do not know how to write this and he was messing with the sign in for like ABCmouse and he clicked his age was I don’t know eight or something and he gave him a word that was really hard and he was trying to spell it, but he couldn’t so he came to me and told me to help him well. I had to re-sign back in and it wouldn’t let me so that so like he was stuck with doing all this hard work and he couldn’t even play the game even if we race Saturday, it wouldn’t do it.
I just got abc mouse like 2 weeks ago and I loved the first app because I could track his activities and what subjects he needs to do more lessons in, but with the new app the parent section is massively reduced. I’m pretty disappointed, I was just bragging to my sister about the parents ability to track usage and then we downloaded the new app and suddenly the old app is inoperable and the new app has less. I’ve used the support suggestions for accessing the parent portion and all that’s available is assessments and changing the grade level of his learning path. Very disappointed, I’m considering canceling my premium subscription.
I've always been a fan of the original ABCmouse, so I was thrilled to hear about the new version. Let me tell you, it exceeds all expectations! This revamped app is hands-down the best learning tool for kids. It strikes the perfect balance between fun and education, giving kids a creative way to engage with screen time while still fostering important learning. Whether it's exploring new skills or diving into exciting activities, this version takes interactive learning to the next level!
ABCmouse 2 delivers all the educational content that helped my three little ones develop into confident learners, but now it’s even more vibrant and engaging! My 8-year-old said, “Mom, look, the Safari Park lets me care for animals and learn about them!” The new design really catches their attention, but I’m thrilled they kept the educational content that worked so well for us before. Definitely worth upgrading!
My daughter, Washiki, used to just speak Japanese. A lot of apps didn’t really suit her. That, before we got ABC Mouse. It has been really fun and helpful. She thought it would be impossible to learn English. But, picture her now! She is now speaking English like doggy and kitty. Whenever we go to her Obachan’s house, her grandmother, for dinner, she shows her her English, and her English writing! Washiki is loving ABC Mouse. That’s why, 5 star app.
Tried to figure out how to access the math learning pass on here, but can’t find it anywhere. Please help. I looked everywhere and it’s not anywhere located within the app. Check the learning path section and it was not in there. It was just basically reading. Please add an option where there is two buttons on the top of the learning path for reading and math.
