* Optimized for new OS.
As an avid Apple Watch user, I’m always looking for ways to make the most of that tiny screen on my wrist, and the '20 Watch Games Classic Pack' is a surprisingly robust solution. While many watch games feel like an afterthought, this collection brings 20 distinct experiences—ranging from a surprisingly playable 'Brick Puzzle' (Tetris style) to 'Sudoku' and 'Mine Sweeper'—that feel purpose-built for quick bursts of entertainment. The use of the Digital Crown for navigation and exiting games is a thoughtful touch that prevents the screen from getting too cluttered with UI elements.
What impresses me most is the variety. You aren't just getting 20 reskins of the same mechanic; you have a physics-based 'Tappy Bird,' a reaction-testing 'Boxing' game, and even a 'Math ATM' game to keep your brain sharp. While some titles like 'Jewel Blitz' or 'Snake' are fairly standard, they are executed with a level of polish that makes them satisfying to play during a commute or while waiting in line. It’s a nostalgic trip through classic arcade and puzzle genres that proves the Apple Watch can be a genuine gaming platform for casual play.
20 unique mini-games in one app
Optimized for Apple Watch and Digital Crown
Includes Arcade, Puzzle, and Strategy genres
Playable on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV
No internet connection required for play
To exit any game on the Apple Watch version, simply rotate or press the Digital Crown. This returns you to the main menu where you can select a different title.
In Sudoku, start with the 6x6 grid to learn the interface before moving to faster-paced games like Find Word, which only gives you 10 seconds to identify a 4-letter word.
Play familiar favorites like Snake, Brick Breaker, and Tappy Bird, all redesigned for a compact display.
Test your mental speed with Pin Hack, ATM math challenges, and logical sequences in 'What Number'.
You can use the Digital Crown to exit the current game and return to the selection menu.
So for starters all of the games are good games and I love that you can play them on your phone and Apple watch. For maze man maybe in a future update or something I would like some color in the game instead of black and gray it would be nice to know when you can eat the ghosts and when you can't so if y'all can change the color of the ghosts like in the actual pacman game it would be greatly appreciated. For stick ninja it is a really good game also but if you hold down the screen to long the stick thing would just stay in the air and no one can see how long the other one is.
Hey yeah so I was wondering if anyone else has this issue. When I open the app on my watch, it just gets stuck on the Digital Crown screen. I just can’t figure out how to get it to get past that screen. I just end up tapping or hitting it randomly and if I’m lucky it gets past it. If someone can tell me how to fix this issue that would be great thanks
Some of the games are unplayable, some are just broken. Take the word game. Sometimes letters form no actual (english language) word, other times the game refuses to accept actual words. Letter generation appears to be either truly random or maybe attached to a broken dictionary. Or take the ball shooter. Game will occasionally proceed without ever producing a matching ball color, making game unplayable regardless of skill. Again, this appears to be purely random color generation, versus any consideration for creating a playable way out. And so on... Not all games are broken in this way, but enough to ruin it.
20 games in one is an emulator to emulate 8 bit games on your smart watch. It’s worth every penny and that’s.99 for the game. Buy it, it’s what it claime’s to be no lies. Hopefully in the future we can se multiplayer go always on so we can compete with the other countries in order to elevate each other . 😄
I love these games when I’m bored and have nothing else to do! My only tiff is the tic tac toe is impossible and that gets frustrating quick. I know I’m old enough to know better but just putting it out there. Would be nice to have a level of difficulty like some of the others. Otherwise, these games save my brain in the meantime.
A dollar is pretty cheap for this. It has some nice games for Apple Watch but is a little less smooth then other apps. You may have to close the app on your watch to play a different game, but it lets you play games on Apple Watch! It does get boring tho.
I miss really simple games . I am an 80s baby and I grew up with pac man. I love that I can play both on my Apple Watch and my phone. I am from Brooklyn and have to commute every day to Manhattan so I look forward to killing time with my games. If my phone battery is low I can switch over to my Apple Watch. I just love this little app
Although the games don’t have tutorials, they’re simple enough that you can figure them out on your own. My only complaint is that you can’t save progress, but I mean it was only 99¢ so who really cares lol Glad to have watch games to play on the John
