i LOVE this game !
Mon Feb 05 2024 Ezekeil x

this is genuinely such a great game. i wasn’t sold at first, because the story is a little slow in the beginning. it takes a little for you to get hooked on it, but once you do it’s really hard to stop playing haha. i really love that it’s not a game that makes you wait till you can play it again. you can literally sit down and work at it for however long you want to. all its features are executed suuuuper well. the story is good enough to keep you going, the combat is not too hard; but also not so easy that it gets repetitive and boring, plus there is lots of other little things that make you want to continue playing (romancing characters, upgrading armor, buying items for yourself and your pets, etc). such a great game so far. my only recommendation would be to make some kind of homescreen widget. i think it would be cool to have a widget for the game, whether it showed your off duty tasks, your player profile, your story progress, or ever just the game map. i just think it would be a cool feature to add. overall, SUCH an amazing game. i highly recommend :))

Super fun game, here are a few tips

I LOVE THIS GAME! I just wanna get this out of the way first because some of my love comes from that I played the first one and want a third one to come out sooner than later, but there are a few things that changed between the both of them. Here are the most important. 1. There are new weapons types!!!! It use to be only a sword and shield but now they have added a hammer and daggers. The daggers are good for quick attacks while the hammer is slower but puts out more damage. Personally I use the hammer a lot. 2. The story is a little slow but gets super fun the longer you play it, no spoilers ;) 3. Make sure to give the NPC’s gifts. The more hearts they gain the better the rewards. 4. Don’t put your stats into only one thing. This may seem redundant but if you only pour your stat points into one stat you will get stuck eventually, thankfully this game is very forgiving and let’s you make those mistakes as you need without too much of a consequence. 5. Don’t rush in. Be careful to not just rush into a hoard of enemies, you will get swarmed and killed. Trust me. 6. Have fun with it. Make your own story, it’s so much more fun to play alongside your friends and make up more stories. Thats about all the tips I have for this one, remember I do have biases so make sure to form your own opinions, and the best thing is that it’s free, so you don’t have to gamble and loose money if you don’t like it. Happy Hunting!

An Amazing Game (That Crashes A Lot)

Postknight 2 is a really fun RPG game, one of the best you can get on a phone. Progression is smooth, the story and writing is pretty good, and even when you have to grind, you're always making progress. There's the option to buy stuff to make progress or to get clothes, but none of it is necessary at all, and I've progressed well without having to spend money. That being said, I am considering making some purchases to support the game's development. I have a lot of faith in what you guys have made here, and where you can take it! HOWEVER, for some reason, this game LOVES to crash often. I'm on an iPhone 12, if that matters, but this game can crash every few hours, or in half an hour at worst. When it does crash, it's after opening a menu in the hub areas, or in combat after using one of your abilities. Closing the app and opening it back up later seems to help prevent crashes too. For those reasons, I'm guessing it could be from a memory leak. If this issue is fixed it'll be an easy 5 star rating, but it's way too critical to ignore. You guys have made a great game, and I'd love to see it made even better.

Fun game! Absolute mess.

I love this game! It has engaging gameplay and a mediocre story, but not below what is expected for this type of game. I have quite a few issues, though. My iPhone 6s apparently does not have the ram to run this properly (2009mb ram out of 2048mb ideal). The game crashes all the time. It turns my phone into a burning slab. It lags CONSTANTLY. There are so many bugs. Like, really, it’s embarrassing. You have a $50 purchase option and yet I’m having to find ways to tiptoe around bugs and crashes. For example: the main menu in the corner of the screen almost always crashes my game, so I avoid it if possible. Sometimes menus don’t load properly— for example, sometimes the travel menu and bounties list load so that only the bottom option appears. It just makes the game feel so amateur. As for the gameplay itself, I’m now in Aldor and I find the difficulty curve quite frustrating. I don’t want to have to grind levels and levels just to play the next level of the story. I don’t know how long I can continue playing this buggy, laggy, constantly crashing mess of a game. The engaging gameplay will not save it forever.

THIS GAME IS A MUST HAVE! (Please read <3)

Alright, I would just like to start off by saying, THE STORYLINE IS AMAZING. I was hesitant at first to get this game, but I don’t regret anything! I have only recently downloaded this. I love the fact that you don’t have to pay for a lot of stuff, just to make the experience good! It’s a good game weather you spend money or not. Now don’t even get me started on the battles. In my opinion, the dire wolf omega thingy is so hard to defeat…MY ARMOUR IS MAXED OUT. But, I like doing the delivery quests! It helps to get more recourses, to upgrade your potions! (Not tryna spoil anything for newer players that read this 😉) Anyways though, That’s all ima say about the fighting parts. Now, although there is sort of a limit to how much you can customize your character, it’ll still turn out cute! But seriously developers, please let there be more customization things for free 🙂.. ALSO, ADD A BROWN HAIR COLOR! I HAVE BROWN HAIR BUT I HAVE TO USE BLACK ☹️. Other then this, BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. Download this game!

AMAZING

Three main reasons why I say “AMAZING”: 1. Zero to none ads ever show up, unless you choose to click an add in the very hidden crevice of the menu. 2. The art style 3. My first time playing the game, haven’t played 1 at all not even sure if it’s the same or not. The game play is also very nice with cute/hideous creatures you fight along with gear that you gain along the way. Lore wise it seems fairly good. You play as a character that decliners stuff as a knight just like how the name suggests. I really like the setting though. I mean I can’t really judge the lore too much because as of now I’m still a trainee almost about to take my final test.(This isn’t really spoilers because your introduced with this information at the beginning) I also appreciate the good writing for some of the characters that I can be a little invested in but the main thing is the combat. Combat wise, it’s pretty good, there’s a little bit of timing for enemies, you need to watch out for cool downs of your attacks, and as you adventure on you learn more attacks! I really like the leveling system too, some can get overly complicated or are not there at all but this game is perfect for leveling can you can choose to level your own skills too with the skills points you earn. Mainly why I rated the game so high though was not for the combat, lore, or art style. I just really appreciate a game for not shoving any kind of ads in your face.

Hands down, one of my personal favorites (casual player review)

It’s been a long wait since the first game, I’d play Postknight with my friends and playing the sequel is quite nostalgic. It’s a great game that feels like a time killer but you have lots of fun doing so. I really enjoy this game and I will admit it’s a little lack luster but that’s because it just came out, yet still has plenty to do. These devs are dedicated to giving you a great experience and it’s ad free and optional. No ad messages ever get in your face which is rare with mobile games. This game also has a BOND mechanic where you get to basically get to interact with your favorite characters, you enjoy seeing the character that messes up the deliveries? Interact with them to bond with a absolute klutz. I’d recommend this game to anyone trying something new, I usually don’t write reviews so that should be your incentive to at least look into the game a little 😭

Pretty good—I haven’t gotten locked out by any freemium difficulty spikes yet, the art is nice and the mechanics are solid. My one big gripe is the rank system, which just stops the game cold while you have to wait for the most boring missions to regenerate just to collect enough rank tokens so you can get back to the main missions. It doesn’t even seem like a cash grab, because as far as I can tell you can’t buy these things. You have to just sit around waiting for them to pop up before you can keep playing the game. It’s just a baffling design choice. I don’t understand what they were thinking. It’s also a little talky for my taste—seems like they’re spending a lot of time on the part most of us are just clicking through to get back to the actual game. Maybe some people like the story, though—I don’t know. But aside from that it’s good. I would just ditch the ranking thing entirely, or at least not gate the missions behind it.
