Added Unrestricted Endless mode, bug fixes, and performance improvements
Outhold is a masterclass in 'less is more.' It proves that you don't need complex units or heavy lore to create a compelling strategy experience. The game feels like a digital version of 'Go' combined with a modern RTS. Every move matters, and a single mistake can lead to a total collapse of your network.
The aesthetic is incredibly sharp—the neon lines and smooth transitions make it feel very premium. It’s also perfectly suited for mobile, with matches that last just long enough to be satisfying without being exhausting. The AI is surprisingly tough, often baiting you into overextending before cutting off your supply lines. For strategy fans who want something clean, fast, and intellectually stimulating, Outhold is an essential download.
Over 100 unique levels with procedural challenges
Sleek minimalist neon visuals
Dynamic adaptive AI that learns your playstyle
Quick sessions (3-5 minutes) perfect for mobile
Global leaderboards and achievement tracking
Don't spread your energy too thin early on. Focus on capturing a 'Triangle' of nodes near your core; this creates a defensive network that is much harder for the AI to penetrate.
Target the opponent's central 'Siphon' nodes. Taking these doesn't just give you more energy; it actively drains their ability to fight back, creating a massive swing in momentum.
Currently, the game is focused on a deep single-player campaign, but a 1v1 local mode is planned for the next update!
Incredible experience. No micro transactions or energy timers. This is a real game. It will take you awhile to beat level one. This game doesn’t make you feel powerful at first and then slowly bring it back. However, each time you lose, you become more powerful (with levels) and smarter (with strategy). A very satisfying experience.
Extremely polished tower defense concept with multiple ways to play and challenge yourself. So happy to see this on iOS now.
I saw the developer talking about his game on Reddit and immediately downloaded it. Best tower defense I’ve played in a while.
usually skill trees are very complicated and overstimulating but they did a great job of natural progression. Keeps you hooked for hours for only the price of a soda.💯💯
