1) The game would freeze and not accept input on iPhone 12, 13 and newer iPads when running iOS 15.
2) Buttons and other UI now correctly positioned on all iPads (the main culprits were 12.9 inch iPads, latest iPad Air and other non standard pixel sized iPads.
3) Dark mode made certain screens look bad so the backgrounds are now always white instead of black.
10 pin pro shuffle is a very enjoyable app. The bowling game and the poker game are great. The shuffle board is spot on. However there is something to be aware of if you are not tech savvy. This game does not allow to play peer to peer unless you are both using the same Wi-Fi. I learned this after the fact of playing in same house with my sister on her iPad and I on my iPad. But when I was in my home and she was several thousand miles from me , we learned you can’t host or join the game from afar! Although to find this out after the purchase was disappointing, I would still highly recommend this app. I just feel this information should be addressed prior to making a decision on the app as I have read the reviews and this matter is not mentioned in any of the reviews. So be in same house using same Wi-Fi and you can host and request to join using own iPads. I sent info about this to support and they responded immediately and they taught me of my mistake. Thank you Support and I still recommend the app to everyone who would enjoy shuffle board and bowling. Bobjp
I like to have a few games at least on my phone for when I’m waiting at the Dentist Office or the DMV or wherever. This is one of those games for me. The Bowling is good for a few games before my scores kind of max out and I’m ready for something else, but the Shuffle Board can keep me engaged for awhile longer. They’re both good games, but they both have issues that kind of put a cap on their overall use ability. For the bowling, more than anything, it’s the pin action. For a game that has such believable looking physics, the pin action just isn’t right. Maybe it’s because they’re simulating a shuffle puck and not a bowling, which makes since and all, but that’s just not what I’m expecting when I bowl. It all kind of feels like the game just doesn’t want to give up too many Strikes so the pin action is just not there sometimes. And for the Shuffle Board it’s the Computer player. The first two guys are no competition. Then the next guy is no fun. This probably sounds like a negative review, and I am saying there is a limit to the fun here. But don’t get me wrong, I do recommend the game. Because after the uniqueness wears off, this game is still playable when you have some time to kill.
I’ve tried a lot of bowling apps and stuck with this one because it’s fun and has no ads or in-app purchases to distract you or slow you down. Be aware, you’re using a shuffleboard puck and not a bowling ball, but that is not as significant as it sounds. All the fun of pure bowling is there, and the physics feel just right. Two other games come with the package, actual shuffleboard and a gimmick bowling variant where your shots go towards making a poker hand. All three are fun. If you want some mobile bowling relaxation and are sick of all the ad polluted and pay to win nonsense, get this one and give the others the finger. It’s very satisfying.
I love this game, addicted to it actually, of all the app games that I have, I probably play this one the most. There's just one thing I would like to tell the developers; and that is, when you make a shot, sometimes the pin or pins that are going down are spinning and are practically on the ground, but the program treats them as still standing up, and this irks me so much, because now when you thought you had a strike or your working on an easy spare it puts pins back up, and that easy spare turns out to be something entirely different. If the pin or pins are hit, and their spinning around, keep them down, please...I would have given the game 5 out of 5 stars, but that little quirk, prevents me from doing that...
Worked okay on my iPhone 8 Plus, but I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro and now the app freezes and won’t go past the opening screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but no effect. It still freezes on the first screen. Hopefully, this will be recognized and fixed by the developers. UPDATE After I sent an email to the developer, got a reply saying they were aware of the problem and were were working on a fix. Well they fixed it and it worked great now. 5 stars. Great game, superb graphics.
This bowling and shuffle board game app is pretty cool! If you decide you don’t want to watch ads every other game it is worth paying $2.99 for No Ads! I was enjoying playing when the ads were present but no ads…the way to go! Have a blessed time playing this awesome app! Oh, there is a bowling/Poker game also, and it is fun. You have the regular 10-frames but every time ya knock down the pins you get two cards per rolling a strike and one card for a spare. Basic poker rules so it is easy and fun AND……ADDICTIVE! Lol! Thanks for your time! Have a super blessed day!😉
Everything about this game is spot on! The physics of the ball, the interactions of the pins with each other, even the sound effects. I’ve tried so many bowling games over the years in iOS, and I continue to try new ones as they hit the App Store. But I always come back to 10 Pin Shuffle. It’s realistic, it’s honest (the AI doesn’t cheat), it’s well made (no crashes), but mostly it’s just the most fun of any of the bowling games out there. Give it a try, you’ll love it!
I play the game too much because I like it. I've been playing it for over 5 years now. If it has one flaw I would say it's has too many splits. I've been a bowler for 50 years and no one gets that many splits in one game no matter how bad you are. I would like to see an undo function on the easiest level for those that are learning to play the game. I noticed recently that the game crashes every now and then. I am running the latest IOS on a IPHONE 6. Just started happening after the latest update.
